Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Take notice that MR FINANCE LIMITED (in liquidation), whose registered office is located at 304 Fitzroy Avenue, Hastings, will be removed from the New Zealand Register of Companies under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Objections to the removal from the Register must be
filed, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, by
5 September 2011.
