Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 353(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), that OLYMPUS PACIFIC MINERALS NZ LIMITED ("the company") intends to apply, under section 351 of the Act, to be removed from the Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in the territory of Labuan, Malaysia.
The company will apply to the Registrar to remove the company from the New Zealand Register not earlier than
20 working days after the date of publication of this notice.
