Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register by Transfer of Incorporation
Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993
ARROW INTERNATIONAL AUSTRALIA LIMITED gives notice that it intends to apply after 20 working days to the Registrar of Companies for its removal from the New Zealand Register of Companies in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in Victoria, Australia.
