Notice is hereby given that, by special resolution passed
at a meeting of shareholders of SILCOCK PASTORAL (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED duly convened and held on 27 April 2011, it was resolved that the company transfer its place of incorporation from New Zealand to Victoria, Australia.
Therefore, after 20 working days, SILCOCK PASTORAL
(NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED will apply to the
New Zealand Companies Office to be removed from
the New Zealand Register.
