Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
TURANDOT LIMITED ("the company") hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), that:
(a) it intends to apply, under section 351 of the Act, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register on or after 26 May 2011, in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in, or in any part of another country; and
(b) it is intended to incorporate the company under the law in force in the State of Delaware, United States of America.
