Notice of Application for Removal of Companies From the Register
The liquidations of the above-named companies have been completed and the final reports and statements of receipts
and payments have been sent to the Registrar, pursuant
to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993, together with
requests that the companies be removed from the Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removals, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
