Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal From the Overseas Register
Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that the company intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 341(1)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, for removal from the
New Zealand Overseas Register on the grounds that
the company is not carrying on business in New Zealand.
The company intends to continue to service its New Zealand clients from Australia.
Unless written objection to the company's removal, pursuant to section 321(1) of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies by 22 March 2012 (being a date not less than three months from the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the New Zealand Overseas Register.
