Notice is hereby given that THE NEW SOUTH WALES SCHOOL CANTEEN ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED ("the company") intends to make an application to
the Registrar of Companies at Wellington to remove the company from the New Zealand Overseas Register, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar on or before 23 March 2012 (being a date not less than three months after the date of this notice), the Registrar will remove the company from the Overseas Register.
