Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1) of
the Companies Act 1993, that JAPAN AIRLINES INTERNATIONAL CO. LIMITED, a company incorporated in Japan, intends to cease carrying on business in
New Zealand and will be removed from the Overseas Register three months from the date of publication of this notice.
