Notice is given, under section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), that the directors of the above-named company propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies not earlier than three months from the date of this notice, pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Act, to deregister the company from carrying on business in New Zealand.
