Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, ULTRA ELECTRONICS LIMITED, having its principal place of business in Auckland, has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand and that notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies, not earlier that three months after the date of this notice, seeking removal of the company from the New Zealand Register.
