New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that NUS CONSULTING GROUP PTY LIMITED, a company incorporated in Australia and registered as an overseas ASIC company
in New Zealand, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand not earlier than three months after the date of this notice.
