Notice of Intention of Overseas Company to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that VG NEW ZEALAND PTY LTD ("the company"), having its principal place of business in Palmerston North, intends to cease carrying on business
in New Zealand and to apply for removal from the Overseas Register, pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, after the expiration of three months from the date of publication of this notice.
