Notice is hereby given that MAERSK DRILLING AUSTRALIA PTY LTD ("Maersk") and SINOPEC STAR PETROLEUM (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD ("Sinopec"), companies incorporated overseas and registered as
overseas companies under Part XVII of the Companies Act 1993, having their principal place of business in
New Plymouth, intend to cease to carry on business
in New Zealand and that notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies not earlier than three months after the date of this notice, stating Maersk and Sinopec's intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand on the grounds that, at the date of such request, Maersk and Sinopec will have ceased to carry on business in
New Zealand.
