TITAN MINING PTY LTD gives notice of the intention to cease carrying on a business in New Zealand pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The company will apply for removal of the company from the New Zealand Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
