Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in
New Zealand
LOUIS VUITTON MALLETIER, being an overseas company, hereby gives notice, in accordance with section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, of its intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand not earlier than three months from the date of this notice.
This notice does not extend to its New Zealand subsidiary, Louis Vuitton New Zealand Limited, which is continuing to carry on business in New Zealand.
