Public Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand three months from the date of this notice and to apply for removal of the company from the New Zealand Register.
