Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ALTENDORF AUSTRALIA PTY. LTD ("the company") intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and to apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the Overseas Register, pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, after the expiration of three months from the date of publication of this notice.

Any objection to the removal, under section 341(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies within three months of the date this notice is published.
