Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that NAVITAIRE INTERNATIONAL LLC intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and, on or after 29 August 2011, will give notice,
under section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, to remove NAVITAIRE INTERNATIONAL LLC from the Overseas Company Register.
Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar
not later than three months from the date of this notice.
