Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CENTRICOM PTY LTD
(New Zealand Branch) intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and, on or after 31 July 2011, will give notice, under section 341(1)(b) of the Act, to remove CENTRICOM PTY LTD (New Zealand Branch) from the Overseas Companies Register.
