RISK REINSURANCE LIMITED gives notice that it intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and apply to be removed from the Overseas Companies Register pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The company will give notice to the Registrar of Companies to remove this company from the Overseas Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
