Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Orders Annulling Adjudications
The order of adjudication dated 25 May 2010 against Walsh, Anne Maria, 28 Snowdon Avenue, Terrace End, Palmerston North, was annulled at the High Court at Palmerston North on 8 February 2011, pursuant to section 310(2)(b) of the Insolvency Act 2006.
The order of adjudication dated 28 July 2009 against Fearnley, Darrin Ricky, 16A Fauchelle Avenue, Richmond, Nelson, was annulled at the High Court at Nelson on 10 February 2011, pursuant to section 310(2)(b) of the Insolvency Act 2006.
