Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Order Annulling an Adjudication
The order of adjudication dated 14 July 2008 against Aislabie, Gillian Adele (also known as Hedley, Gillian Adele), 141 Paradise Valley Road, RD 2, Rotorua, was annulled at the High Court at Rotorua on 14 July 2008, pursuant to section 309(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 2006.
