Notice of Application for an Order of Early Discharge
of Bankruptcy
This document notifies you that, pursuant to High Court Rules 2008 Rule 24.37(b):
1. On 6 December 2011 at 11.45am, an application
by Franklyn, Monique Fleur for early discharge of bankruptcy will be heard by the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2011-404-7185 Franklyn, Monique Fleur v Official Assignee (at Auckland) and
is made pursuant to section 294 of the Insolvency Act 2006.
2. A creditor who wants to oppose the application must comply with section 297(1) of the Insolvency Act
1996 and must file and serve notice of that intended opposition on the official assignee and the bankrupt
("the applicant") by 1.00pm on the day before the applicant’s application for discharge.
