Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Order Annulling an Adjudication
The order of adjudication dated 15 November 2010 against Ward, Benjamin Anderson (trading as Performance Auto Electrical), of 15 Waterloo Street, Frankton, Hamilton, was annulled at the High Court at Hamilton on 6 December 2010, pursuant to section 309(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 2006.
