This document notifies you that:
1. On 16 December 2010, an application for
putting INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the
High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is
CIV-2010-419-1674. The application is to be heard
by the High Court at Hamilton on Monday 14 March 2010 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that date.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Bay Foundation (in liquidation),
