This document notifies you that:
1. On 17 November 2011, an application for putting KENT TRUST NO.1 LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number
is CIV-2011-485-2424. The application is to be heard
by the High Court at Wellington on Tuesday 7 February 2012 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is School Holdings Limited (in liquidation), whose address for service is Level 4, 143 Nelson Street, Auckland. Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 5966, Auckland; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX CP21511; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile on (09) 309 1445.
