1. Members of the public are notified that on 2 November 2011, an application for an order, under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993, in respect of PARAMU FARMS LIMITED was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
2. The orders sought are orders under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993 for:
(a) the purchase of all of the plaintiff’s shares in the company; and/or
(b) the payment of compensation to the plaintiff; and/or
(c) that the company be placed in liquidation.
3. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Whangarei on 23 January 2012 at 10.00am.
4. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
5. The plaintiff is Anne May Rosandich, whose address for service is at the offices of Spencer Legal, Level 2,
72 Grafton Road, Auckland.
