This document notifies you that:
1. On 4 August 2011, an application for putting BMW CONTRACTING LIMITED (in receivership) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2011-409-1519. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 15 December 2011 at 9.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
