This document notifies you that:
1. On 20 October 2011, an application for putting BAHAMAS HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2011-470-869. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on 17 February 2012 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
