This document notifies you that:
1. On 31 October 2011, an application for putting DEGREES AHEAD LIMITED (now known as FINE AIR CONTROL LIMITED) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Napier. Its reference number is CIV-2011-441-702. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Napier on Thursday 1 December 2011 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Walrus Jack Trustee Limited, whose address for service is the offices of Rickit Law, Solicitors, Level 10, 38 Waring Taylor Street, Wellington. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Christopher Murray Rickit, whose address is as noted above.
