This document notifies you that:
1. On 23 September 2011, an application for putting
R T & M J DAIRIES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Invercargill. Its reference number is CIV-2011-425-478. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Invercargill on 23 November 2011 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later that the second working day before that day.
