This document notifies you that:
1. On 24 January 2011, an application for putting SOUTH CANTERBURY TEXTILES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Dunedin. Its reference number is CIV-2011-412-30. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Dunedin on Monday 7 March 2011 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Woolyarns Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Morrison Kent Lawyers,
