This document notifies you that:
1. On 25 November 2010, an application for putting
I C KOOL LIMITED into liquidation was filed in
the High Court at Wanganui. Its reference number is CIV-2010-483-389. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wanganui on 23 February 2011 at 9.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may
be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Body Corporate 389269 (North Auckland Registry), whose address for service is at the offices
