This document notifies you that:
1. On 20 December 2010, an application for putting HUGHES CONTRACTING LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua. Its reference number is CIV-2010-463-909. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on 14 February 2011 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that date.
