This document notifies you that:
1. On 22 August 2011, an application for putting TRIDENT CAPITAL LP into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2011-404-5100. The application is to be heard
by the High Court at Auckland on 5 October 2011 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant limited partnership, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Mark Daniel Backhaus, Linda Backhaus, Max Daniel Backhaus and Erica Anne Backhaus, whose address for service is at the offices
