1. On 5 January 2011, an application for putting
PRO-FITGEL LIMITED into liquidation was filed
in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2011-409-9. The application is to be heard by
the High Court at Christchurch on Monday 28 February 2011 at 10.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
