This document notifies you that:
1. On 11 November 2010, an application for putting FANSHAWE ROBERTS TRUSTEES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
Its reference number is CIV-2010-404-7831. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 11 February 2011 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Auckland Council, whose address for service is at the offices of Auckland Council, Legal Services Group, Civic Building, 1 Greys Avenue, Auckland. Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
