This document notifies you that:
1. On 20 December 2010, an application for putting CRISTAS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is
CIV-2010-409-2918. The application is to be heard
by the High Court at Christchurch on 28 February 2011 at 10.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Riccarton Shopping Centre (1997) Limited, whose address for service is care of its solicitors, Simpson Grierson, Solicitors, Level 27, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitor is G. J. Christie, whose address is as noted above.
