1. Members of the public are notified that on 21 June 2011, an application for an order under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993 in respect of CHRISTCHURCH RESIDENTIAL CARE LIMITED was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
2. The order sought is an order removing Donna Celia Rolleston as a director and transferring her shareholding in CHRISTCHURCH RESIDENTIAL CARE LIMITED to that company and associated orders.
3. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 31 August 2011 at 10.00am.
4. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
