This document notifies you that:
1. On 2 June 2011, an application for putting ALL SEASON LAWN AND GARDEN LIMITED (formerly MASSIVE ENTERPRISES LIMITED) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2011-485-1062. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on 18 July 2011 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
