This document notifies you that:
1. On 25 May 2011, an application for putting XEBA RICCARTON LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2011-409-956. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 12 July 2011 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
