1. On 30 March 2011, an application for putting CENTRAL STRATA MANAGEMENT LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2010-404-7546. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 15 July 2011 at 10.00am.
2. Take notice that on 2 May 2011, this Court has ordered that service of this proceeding shall be effected by this advertisement.
3. Unless, within 10 working days after the date of this advertisement, you file in this registry of the Court
a statement of your defence to the plaintiff’s claim, the plaintiff may proceed to a hearing and an order may be made for the liquidation of the defendant company by the Court under the Companies Act 1993.
4. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
