1. On 10 May 2011, an application for putting CREATIVE DESIGN NOMINEES LIMITED (as trustee in the Creative Design Trust) into liquidation was filed in
the High Court at New Plymouth. Its reference number is CIV-2011-443-229. The application is to be heard by the High Court at New Plymouth on Tuesday 26 July 2011 at 10.00am.
