This document notifies you that:
1. On 27 April 2011, an application for putting CHARITY WORKS TRUST into liquidation was filed in the
High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is
CIV-2011-404-2539. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 22 June 2011 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant charitable trust, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is David Robert Gray, whose address for service is at the offices of Matt Taylor, Barrister, Chancery Chambers, Level 5, 2-8 Chancery Street, Auckland 1010.
