This document notifies you that:
1. On 31 March 2011, an application for putting GROUND SUPPORT (NZ) LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number
is CIV-2011-485-595. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on Monday 23 May 2011 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Conservatory King (2006) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Thomas Dewar Sziranyi Letts, Solicitors, Level 2, corner of Queens Drive and Margaret Street (PO Box 31240), Lower Hutt. The plaintiff’s solicitor is D. G. Dewar, whose address is as noted above.
