1. On 4 April 2011, an application for putting LANG PARK LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the
High Court at Napier. Its reference number is
CIV-2011-441-212. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Napier on 19 May 2011 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
