This document notifies you that:
1. On 17 February 2011, an application for putting DESIGNLINE INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS (NZ) into liquidation was filed in the High
Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is
CIV-2011-409-356. The application is to be heard by
the High Court at Christchurch on 3 May 2011 at 10.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance no later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Lysaght Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of White Fox & Jones, Lawyers, Level 3, 22 Moorhouse Avenue (PO Box 1353), Christchurch. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Hugh Clifford Matthews, whose address is as noted above.
