This document notifies you that:
1. On 28 March 2011, an application for putting KCD (2008) LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the
High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is
CIV-2011-409-439. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 3 May 2011 at 10.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
