1. On Tuesday 23 November 2010, an application for putting HAREWOOD FARMING TRUSTEE COMPANY LIMITED into liquidation was filed in
the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2010-409-2681. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on Monday 24 January 2011 at 10.30am.
